We are very proud of these readers and what they accomplished this year through OBOB. The teams are coached by Tammy Bayliss. PTG kindly purchased the books. The middle school team took 5th place in districts and our elementary team was ready to compete, but due to Covid-19 the battle was canceled. Last year there were kids representing Monroe for each grade 3rd-8th. Tammy is expecting to have 3 teams next year, 1 at each level.
