Dear Parents and Students,
We are at the halfway mark for quarter 3. The school year is flying by. I speak for all of the Monroe High School staff when I say, “It’s great to have kids back in the building”. A few updates for students and parents as we continue:
Change of Schedule
Originally we built in a Homeroom time at the end of the day for preparation and last minute pieces. This ended up not being a time that was needed for kids. We will now end the school day 10-minutes early. Students will be done at 3:20pm. Buses will run like normal.
Fall sports competitions are starting. We have a weekly athletic schedule that is emailed out every week, during sports seasons. If you would like to be added to the email list, please respond to my email provided below with your name, your child’s name, and that you would like added. I will put you on the next week’s athletic update. This will help keep parents updated for any changes that occur, especially for the spring sports seasons.
Breakfast and Lunch are free of charge this school year. We ask students upon arrival, feel free to take advantage of this service while possible.
