2 year appointment. Zone 3 boundary lines are:
- Intersection of Hwy 99 West and North District Boundary Line West to West District Boundary Line
- South to B.L.M. South Fork Road East to McCain Road
- East on Foster Road to Dykstra Road
- East on Dykstra Road to Bellfountain Road South on Bellfountain Road to Alpine Road West on Alpine Road to Alpine Cut-off Road West on Alpine Cut-off Road to Hwy 99 West
- North on Hwy 99 West to North District Boundary Line
Persons will be eligible to serve as members of the Board if they are qualified voters of the District and have been residents within the district for one year immediately preceding the election, and currently reside within the zone they wish to represent. No person who is an employee of the District will be eligible to serve as a member of the Board while so employed.
